GEO AND SEO
FOR RED ARROW
Right now Red Arrow is almost invisible to the two places collectors, curators, and tourists are looking in 2026: Google and AI tools like ChatGPT. You have great art, great artists, and almost no digital footprint to show for it. I can fix that systematically, at a pace and price that makes sense for where you are.
The opportunity: almost no Nashville gallery is doing this. The terrain is wide open. Whoever builds the content infrastructure first owns it.
Two separate games: SEO (Google search) and GEO (AI answers like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude). Both require the same foundation: well-written, consistently published content about the gallery, artists, and shows. I’ll build both simultaneously.
What's broken right now:
Only about 25 Google reviews for a gallery open since 2014
Blog posts named after publications ("ArtNews") with no excerpts, no real content, so Google can't learn anything from them. Press page content not being indexed properly
Artist bios aren’t structured in the specific language AI models need to cite them
Zero GBP posts, no openings, no exhibitions, nothing showing up on their Google listing
Hours inconsistency across directories
The platform is workable: You’re on Pro Plus which includes the blog and “Expert Linking.” You don't need to rebuild anything. We can work with what exists and maximize it.
Content doesn't have to be in the nav: blog posts linked to artist pages via Expert Linking show up contextually without cluttering the site design.
Migration-proof: if you ever move to Artlogic or add a Cargo site for additional content, nothing is lost. The content and domain authority transfer.
Packages
SETUP: $600 one-time
Full Artcloud audit: rename all blog posts with keyword-rich descriptive titles, fill every excerpt field, fix the untitled post, check all artist pages for bio completeness
Expand every artist bio with proper entity language: location, medium, gallery representation, named exhibitions, structured properly so Google and AI can actually learn from them
GBP claim/verify manager access, rewrite the business description with local keywords, add Women-owned and other attributes, upload 10–15 photos, fix hours across all directories
Claim and complete TripAdvisor listing (currently unclaimed)
NAP consistency audit: align gallery name, address, phone across Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Apple Maps, Artsy, Platform Art
Google Search Console setup: connect the site, submit sitemap, establish baseline data
Wikidata entry created for Red Arrow Gallery as a named entity
FOUNDATION: $500/month
Monthly strategy call (1 hour): go over the content plan for the month, align on what's being published, what's being shown, what artists have news; give social and email direction in line with the content I’m creating
1 blog post per month: written with proper SEO/GEO structure: keyword-rich title, descriptive excerpt, Expert Linked to relevant artist/exhibition, content that actually tells Google and AI something (artist features, exhibition recaps, placement stories, Nashville art scene coverage)
GBP management: 2–4 posts per month (opening events, current exhibition updates), new photos from each show, review monitoring, Q&A monitoring
Monthly report: Search Console screenshot showing impressions, clicks, top queries, what moved; what was published; what's next
Timeline to results: early movement by month 3–4, meaningful traffic increases by month 6.
MOMENTUM: $900/month
Everything in Foundation, plus:
Monthly strategy call (1 hour): same as Foundation but with more data to work from and deeper content planning
3 blog posts per month instead of 1: mix of artist features, exhibition documentation, fair recaps, placement case studies (hotel/commercial), Nashville art scene commentary; these are the posts that capture discovery searches and AI citations
Press page rehabilitation: rewrite existing press posts currently named after publications into proper content: "Annie Brito Hodgin Featured in ArtNews: Figurative Painting and the American South" with a real excerpt and contextual body content
Artist page deepening: on a rolling basis, expand artist bios beyond what was done in setup; add named exhibitions, collection placements, external links to Artsy profiles and press structured correctly
Keyword and competitor tracking: monthly check on what terms Red Arrow is ranking for vs. other galleries; identify gaps and opportunities to feed into the content calendar
Timeline to results: compounding authority by month 4–6, GEO citations possible by month 6–9, strong local pack presence by month 12.
