90-Day marketing Process
PHASE 1 Foundation
Week 1
Get to Know Your Visual Identity, Your Audience, & Your Direction: meet to discuss the work/artists you show, why you show it/them, where you curate shows, where you want to curate shows, who your collectors are, who you want your collectors to be, who’s in your network, and EXACTLY what you want from all of it. Decide what looks you do and don’t resonate with. Discuss what you have going on in the next 4 months (shows, collabs, events).
Result by this stage: We are ready to represent you and your artists on your website, social media, and email marketing. We have a target audience, and we know what we want the audience to do.
Week 2
Review current marketing tools (audit): deep dive into your current social media profiles and website. Decide what stays and what goes. Analyze what worked and what didn’t. Look at “inspo” profiles.
Result by this stage: I’ll give you recommendations on how to improve your existing profiles. And I’ll move on to create your website, social posts, and emails.
Week 3
Review inventory, portfolios, & contracts with artists: document information from all of the work you’re showing. Curate virtual portfolios and discuss how you represent these pieces (Do you sell directly? If so, commission? etc.) Now we can talk about how you want to show your work to your audience.
Result by this stage: I’ll use your curated portfolios of work for your new website and create an inventory with all the documented info.
PHASE 2 Done for You
Week 4-13
Start build: a comprehensive website based on industry research and the foundation we built in weeks 1-3. The pages will include Home, Connect, Artists, Collections, Shows, Features
Plan emails: 6 emails that seamlessly flow with the website design & messaging. Each email has a purpose (intro to mailing list, sell specific work, spotlight an artist, invite everyone to a show, etc.) and is aligned with what you have going on in the near future.
Create content: 25 social media posts with new and existing footage/images.
